El domingo me compré el dvd de George "The Dark Horse years" donde hay algunos videos de la película Shangai Surprise. Allí George contaba que el director le había pedido que hiciera dos temas ambientados en los años '30 para tocar en el Club Zigzag y él hizo Hottest Gong in Town al estilo Cab Calloway, un famoso cantante y músico de jazz estadounidense, que le gustaba mucho. Como no consiguió a alguien para que interpretara el tema, tuvo que hacerlo él mismo. Sencillamente: espectacular

Gracias PiBe por la letra, gracias krisofk por el video, gracias Beatle Harrison por la info... la verdad es que todos estuvieron de diez!
Aprovecho para corregir un error... yo había creado el tema como "Letra de Hottest Going In Town" porque en un mp3 que tenía aparecía la canción con ese nombre... bueno, luego supe que era Hottest Gong y no "going"... pero ya no podía cambiar el tema... ¿o sí? de todos modos, ya quedó así...

"Hotttest Gong In Town"; es un muy buen tema de George en el que recoge el tipo de música de los años 30's, inspirándose en el estilo de interpretes como Cab Calloway, muy admirado por George.
